After graduating at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, with a Master’s Degree in Chinese Language and Culture I took the great opportunity to move to China and joined The Blenders Communications-Alessandro Rosso China, the leading Italian MICE and Communication Agency specialized in organizing Incentive Travels, Events and medical Congresses in Italy, Europe and China.
My former position within the Agency was that of Project Manager. Thanks to this I gained excellent experience in the planning, organization and production of different products such as Events, Conventions, Exhibitions and Incentive Travels. I have been working with clients in various markets, including the retail, industrial, pharmaceutical and institutional sectors.
My current position at The Blenders Communications is that of Account Manger, with responsibility for a portfolio of customers and an annual sales target.
My job experience in Asia, both professional and academic, is making me flexible in both language (English and Chinese) and culture to operate successfully in many different contexts.
I am a person who is highly orientated to results in terms of quality and compliance deadlines. I am also characterized by good communication skills and a particular aptitude for team work.
