I earned a Bachelor`s Degree in Literature and a Masters Degree in Philology at Universitá del Salento. Then, I furthered my studies with a Masters in Human Resources Management at Business School Sole 24 ORE, in Milan. My first thesis was focused on Modern History, while the second one was related to Literature.
My working background is related to Human Resources along with Recruitment where I specailized in the Financial industry. Thanks to the experience I gained so far, I became skilled in helping people from an HR perspective and also in Recruitment especially in Finance and Insurance. Moreover, I improved my communication skills and organisational skills.
I would like to continue studying and growing in HR field and I would like keep expanding my knowledge in recruitment since this is an area I am passionate about; finding the right person for the right job!
