➢ Manager with an experience in the reatail business. My responsibilities include:
- HR: recruiting, hiring, training and development, payroll and schedule workplace.
- Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the organizational structure and managing potential organizational changes.
- Team development, staff learnig and development
- Store business operations, including profit and loss, safety and security, loss prevention and banking
- Product Manager, ordering, receiving, price changes, damaged and return.
- Coordinate communication via social media, e-mail and events inside the store
- Property & Facility manager in the retail buisness.
➢ Personal skills:
Good business sense & retail knowledge.
Ability to think strategically, but also have attention to detail in execution.
Organization and ease of communication and interpersonal skills ( previous experience in organizing events and pr.).
Result-oriented with very strong ability to analyse quantitative data to determine operations (previous experience: Accounting, tax/fiscal and corporate law consulting for single entrepreneurs, corporation and professional.).
Reliable and able to respect master plan and delivery timing.
