Social Worker and Training Specialist - Searching for a job!

I've been working as a Training Specialist for Cegos Italy, an international professional training company.
I was responsible for online training modules “localization”; it means that modules are translated and adapted to Italy’s culture.
I worked with suppliers and I make sure clients received best quality service.
I managed virtual classrooms for Bank of Italy employees and I trained them on how to use e-learning tools.
I created storyboards for new customized online learning tools and evaluation assessments for international clients.
I used specific programs like Questionmark, Packager and Adobe Connect to write assessments, to build up modules and to set up virtual classrooms.
I also helped the sales force in writing management projects and financial proposals.
I liked working with my international team in pursuing common goals.
I’ve also been working as an event planner and in career orientation for young adults.
I’m a very reliable person, eager to learn new skills, goal and detail oriented. I love travelling and learning about different cultures.
I have a degree in Educational Sciences (major in adult training, minor in social work and education) and a degree in Adults professional training and Consulting.
I also had a volunteering experience tutoring disabled students at my university.
I have gained valuable experience both in the Educational and Professional Training areas and I must say that I enjoy very much both of them.
