I am a Health & Positive Psychologist, Empowerment and Happiness Coach and Speaker.
My passion is to help and inspire others to adopt a positive attitude, raise their happiness levels, attain the life of their dreams and motivate them to explore and use their unique strengths to build strong relationships and achieve self-fulfilment. I have worked with numerous people from different cultural, religious and socio-economic backgrounds, helping them to deal with everyday stress and anxiety and lead a happy, healthy and prosperous life.
My practice is based on the principle that we are here to be happy. I work with both individuals and groups giving them guidance to live outside their comfort zone and develop all the appropriate skills and techniques they need to lead a happy life. To date, I have successfully coached people from different age groups and socio-economic statuses achieve more than they thought it was possible. Positive individuals build positive communities.
I am also a strong believer that every single person has stories of success and bravery in life worth sharing that can inspire and change the world. In my pursuit to find every day heroes, I founded the website Life Treasure Collector www.ltcollector.com (LTC), an idea based on positive psychology principles and research as well as personal practice and knowledge. LTC is a platform where people from around the world can share their personal stories of strength and inspire others to act in life with courage and optimism.
