My career has always involved customer service, client relations & retention, sales, marketing, event planning & promotions.
While employed in the nonprofit sector I successfully recruited business professionals as well as executives of several Fortune 500 companies. I worked tirelessly as an Administrative Assistant for a wonderful Executive where I exceeded quotas while managing key events. I played an integral part in building & maintaining STRONG working relationships w/over 300+ organizations for almost five years.
I'm a natural born leader & a hard worker. I'm confident & I actively look for ways to help people. I am an intelligent, loyal & creative individual. I have been complimented & praised by employers (and guests/patients/clients) who have said I definitely have a unique ability to customize my approach toward the different personalities of each individual customer in every situation. I am a customer service chameleon!
I would like to think of myself as a fun yet focused individual who thinks every single day life can teach me something new. Also, that no matter what income an individual makes we are all striving for the same thing: excellence and happiness and if wealth is part of the equation be generous. I seriously just want to make a difference, work hard, and have that hard work be my reward. Giving back to the community has always been an important part of my life.
Finally the point.
One thing you can not teach a person is what comes from the INSIDE such as how I have a genuine affection for all people. I'm capable of outstanding, compassionate customer service at ALL times. I am humbled & proud of having been awarded many times over for my work & exemplary customer service.
I get to come home after work to the love of my life; Brodie my English Cocker Spaniel who makes me happy when skies are gray.
