My job is to help companies to develop and manage online presence, manage online conversation on social network.
I worked for some different social media agency doing Social Media Manager / Community Manager and Account Manager experiences, improving my know-how regarding selling products like social media monitoring platforms, social media marketing services (Facebook business pages, social media strategy etc), and managing forum and community for the customers.
I have created a strong community and social media professional network here in Italy, online and offline attending relevant conferences and trade show like IAB Forum, SMAU, Social Case History Forum, World of Business Idea (WOBI), LeWeb and Dublin Web Summit as speaker at Todi Appy Days and Social Media Week conference. I have organized and managed events like the CMAD (Community Manager Appreciation Day) in Milan and the Mashable Social Media Day. Thanks to these experiences I was appointed as Visiting Professor for a Master in Digital Management at IED where I teach Digital PR and how to create and manage a professional network.
In my previous life I was a technician starting as programmer and then evolved to system administrator
