I recently earned my MBA at LUISS Business School in Rome (Italy), after having visited Purdue University (Indiana, USA) for a semester as an exchange student. As the final step of my MBA, I worked for almost one year at Findus, which recently joined Iglo Group, a multinational food company owned by a private equity firm. I was in charge of the assessment of the procurement units of the two previously independent companies.
I oriented my MBA studies towards finance and strategy, in order to complete and consolidate my professional expertise acquired throughout almost 9 years of experience. As a professional working in highly regarded Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Counseling firms, I consulted for a number of manufacturing and service companies in various industries on financial, legal and accounting matters. As an accountant and registered auditor, I reported to both the managers and the administrative team, supporting them on their long – term decisions as well as in their day-to-day business. In my activity, I particularly enjoyed valuating business, as well as handling accounting, fiscal and legal aspects of Merger and Acquisition operations.
